Film

Mërge is not just a scriptwriting contest. The best script will receive financing and will be produced into a feature length film. Pre-production on the project will commence as soon as the contest winner is announced. Production is scheduled for Fall 2009.

The cast and crew will be determined after the winning script is announced on June 10th, 2009.

The film will premier in New York City, Moscow and Tel Aviv. It will also be released on DVD and shown on one of the major Russian channels in Russia and internationally.
